Expanding the Kingdom Capital Campaign

This campaign represents far more than a building project – it is a bold step forward in our mission to provide Christ-centered education that nurtures hearts and minds for generations to come. As our school and church community continue to grow, we are called to expand our facilities to better serve our students, families, and the broader community. Through your prayers, generosity, and partnership, we can create spaces that reflect the excellence of our ministry, support innovative learning, and most importantly, allow us to share the love of Jesus in more ways than we can imagine. Together, we are continuing to build on the foundation that our forefathers established almost 65 years ago.

Please review this information to learn more. Please contact me to set up a time to meet to discuss this in further detail.

Thank you for joining us in this ministry expansion campaign.

– Principal Jay Schutte

Campaign Verse

2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

Prayer Videos

Using the weekly prayer prompts created by our campaign prayer team, Pastor Lane is creating daily videos to encourage and guide you in your time of prayer for Expanding the Kingdom. Find the videos on YouTube and on King of Kings’ Facebook page.

Campaign FAQs

Will this project cause tuition to increase? Or is any of my tuition payment going towards the building?   Our objective is to undertake this project without utilizing tuition dollars. The focus will be on achieving full enrollment of 210 students as a means of financial sustainability, rather than pursuing tuition increases.

Why is it important for all church members and school families to participate?   This is about more than money. It’s about faith and unity. When everyone gives something, we all share in the joy of what God is doing. Every gift, big or small, matters. Together, our combined effort can make a lasting impact.

How will adding classrooms and meeting rooms expand our mission and ministry capacity?   More rooms mean more ministry. With added classrooms and meeting areas, we’ll be able to host more Bible studies, youth gatherings, school programs, and outreach efforts. These spaces will help us teach, connect, and grow spiritually and as a church family.

What is the timeline for the campaign and construction?   The campaign will run through December. Phase One construction will likely start in March 2026.

Is my campaign commitment above and beyond my regular giving?   Yes. Your regular giving – whether it is your weekly tithing, regular donations, or supporting Royals Night keeps our ministries running. Your campaign gift is something special, an offering toward the future of our church. Many families set a separate goal for this, prayerfully considering how God is leading them to contribute.

What are other ways to support financially?   There are many different ways to support this campaign. Gifting stocks, Cryptocurrency, Qualified Charitable Distributions – especially if you are required to take a Required Minimum Distribution, grants from Donor-Advised Funds, and tax rebates are just some of the ways. Another simple way to support us is to talk to others. There are people and businesses that want to support organizations like King of Kings and identifying them is one area that you can help with.

You can read more FAQs on the campaign FAQ sheet located in the sanctuary.
